POIS Compass is not a large-company product. It is a focused attempt to make symptom review, evidence maps, and doctor-ready notes more usable for POIS users.

POIS users often have scattered symptoms, uncertain triggers, and fragmented community evidence. This product is built to help organize those clues without pretending to diagnose or treat anyone.

AI can lower the cost of organizing messy illness histories, but the infrastructure cost is high and this type of project is difficult to monetize.

Free users can still use core knowledge and organization features. Pro membership funds heavier AI workflows.
