POIS Compass is a POIS-focused software workspace built by Sither to help people organize symptom logs, trigger events, public knowledge, uploaded records, and doctor-ready notes.

The service is software and digital content. It is not a doctor, clinic, diagnosis tool, emergency service, pharmacy, medication provider, or substitute for professional medical care.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure and for the accuracy of the information you choose to enter.

Do not upload another person's health records, images, messages, or identifying information unless you have permission and a lawful reason to do so.

Use POIS Compass for personal organization, education, and preparation for conversations with qualified professionals. Do not use it for emergencies or final medical decisions.

You may not abuse the service, attempt to access another user's private workspace, reverse engineer protected systems, submit illegal content, or use the product to harm others.

AI-generated summaries, correlations, explanations, and reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review outputs carefully before relying on them.

Doctor-ready notes are meant to support communication. They do not create a medical provider relationship and should not delay urgent care.

Pro membership is a paid subscription processed by Creem. The current public price is shown on the Pricing page before checkout, including the recurring renewal price.

Subscription users can cancel from the product membership area or account dashboard. A scheduled cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the current paid period unless the checkout provider or refund process says otherwise.

Credit packs are add-ons for eligible Pro users. They do not replace or automatically cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

We may change features, limits, pricing, beta offers, or availability as the product evolves. We will try to avoid materially surprising active subscribers.

We may suspend or end access for abuse, security risk, payment failure, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms.
