The product helps users organize symptoms, events, public knowledge, and doctor-ready notes so conversations with professionals can be more efficient.

Use the service for personal organization and research support, not as a final medical decision maker.

Do not upload data that belongs to another person unless you have permission and a lawful reason to do so.

We may suspend access for abuse, attempts to bypass account privacy, illegal behavior, or actions that harm the service.

Accounts may be ended by the user or by the platform when these terms are materially violated.
