Membership payments can be refunded when a request is reasonable, recent, and tied to billing confusion, accidental purchase, or inability to use the paid service.

Please contact us with the account email, payment date, and reason for the refund request so we can locate the transaction.

Donations are voluntary support for a semi-public-benefit project and are non-refundable once processed.

A donation does not create a medical service relationship, priority treatment advice, or extra access beyond what is clearly shown at checkout.

Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. Bank and card timelines may vary after the refund is submitted.

We may decline repeated, abusive, or fraudulent refund requests.
